Representatives of CUCCIO member universities meet three times per year to connect, collaborate, share best practices and discuss the progress of CUCCIO’s projects and initiatives. To minimize travel costs to members, the AGM and spring members’ meeting is held in conjunction with the annual CANHEIT conference (usually in June). The fall and winter meetings (usually October and February) are hosted by member institutions with the locations rotating following an east-central-west schedule. Member universities usually send one or two representatives to each member meeting; however, only the named primary representative has the ability to vote if needed.

- Winter 2014: University of Windsor (Windsor, February 19-21, 2014)
- Spring/CANHEIT 2014: University of Prince Edward Island (Charlottetown, May 31 - June 4, 2014). Saturday, May 31 - CANHEIT/Sponsor CIO/IT Leaders Dinner. Sunday, June 1 - CUCCIO Spring Members Meeting.
